Former adult star Jenna Jameson has shared a heartfelt health update with fans while debuting her incredible new figure after she was left unable to walk.
The ex-stripper and glamour model, known among fans as the 'Queen of Porn', was left wheelchair-bound after she was diagnosed with the nerve disorder Guillain-Barre Syndrome in 2022.
Medics thought she was suffering from the rare condition, which causes muscle weakness and sometimes paralysis, and she underwent five rounds of immunoglobulin therapy (IVIg) to try and remedy it.

But Jameson was then informed that it was not Guillain-Barre after further tests, leaving her desperate to try and determine what mystery illness she was suffering from.
Although she hasn't gained an official diagnosis, the former adult actress has been on her own journey of recovery and weight loss, both of which she says have vastly improved her ability to walk.
The mum-of-three, who married internet star Jessi Lawless in May last year, has been keeping her fans updated on her condition via her social media accounts.
On Wednesday (13 March), she proved how much her dedication to improving her mobility had paid off and shared a jaw-dropping before and after picture on Instagram.
Jameson showed off the incredible progress she has made during her mission to 'get her life back' after her health struggles took her to the 'lowest point'.
She has since rebuilt her mental and physical strength again thanks to 'therapy and the gym', and she looks absolutely incredible for it.
Fans can't believe the drastic difference in the X-rated model's appearance in the image of her from 2022, where she is seen clutching onto a walking frame while a wheelchair lingers behind her.
In the newer snap, she is seen sporting a figure-hugging white bodysuit while confidently striking a pose in knee-high socks with a smile on her face.
In the inspiring caption, she reminded people to 'count their blessings and be thankful'.
It read: "I lost the ability to walk over a year ago and thought I was done. I fought my way back and Iâm steadily trying to become a better human on the outside, but more importantly on the inside. On this new moon, today, I am manifesting kindness. Love. Happiness. Join me."
Another extraordinary before and after post showed how Jameson had shedded the pounds over the last few months, telling fans that people 'can see the happiness' on her face in the later picture.
She wrote: "I attach my outside to my mental well being. This before shows how sad I was. Today Iâm feeling aligned and itâs manifesting not only aesthetically, you can see the happiness.
"Feeling loved and needed means so much more than most people comprehend."
Supporters of the 'Queen of Porn' have been buzzing to see her back on her feet and feeling good, so flooded the comment section with praise.
One said: "Good job!!! Especially the mental health part, thatâs the hardest sometimes. Proud of you."
Another wrote: "Your banging in both pictures, but your comeback is fire and inspiring."
While a third added: "You look amazing ! Thank you for being so authentic."
