If a property is ever described as 'quirky', that should set alarm bells ringing. Which brings us to Exhibit A, which you can watch a tour of here:
Student Yelena Zylko, 22, and her roommates Eva and Eden have lived in the house in Brighton since moving back for university - and they have had to adapt their daily routines accordingly.

Among the property's unusual features are a window behind the stairs, a toilet that doubles up as a sink and a garden that is only accessible via a bedroom.
Oh, and there's a toilet door that you can't close if you have long legs.
Keen to show off their unusual abode, the pals posted the video on TikTok, where it has received millions of views.

Commenting on the video, one person said: "It just kept getting worse."
Another added: "I don't know which is worse, the access to the garden or the window blocked by the stairs?"
A third said: "The combined toilet and sink is literally me playing The Sims."
Yelena and the gals are from the only students living in these conditions.

Last month a student made a TikTok video to showcase the numerous problems with his £131-a-week accommodation.
Opening up the front door at his accommodation while holding a brush and mop, Josh Landi showed his followers the 'random hole in the roof that leaks every time it rains', before moving onto the 'hole in the wall that is the same size as my head'.
He then showed us 'the drawer that opens without a drawer' and a 'bucket with a mysterious substance everybody is too scared to touch'.

There's also a pair of very loud curtains that he calls a 'fashionable pair of curtains, that if they were a girl on Tinder, I wouldn't hesitate to super like'.
The freezer, meanwhile, has a 'bigger iceberg than the one that sunk the Titanic'.
The clip has been viewed 4.7 million times and has racked up thousands of comments from users.

Many were quick to share their own student accommodation woes, while others complimented the very soothing voice over and musical accompaniment.
