Johnny Depp has been likened to a 'drunken pub singer' by a crowd-member at one of Jeff Beck's concerts. Catch a clip one of the pair's performances here:
Depp may be an extremely talented actor - having centred as Captain Jack Sparrow in one of many children's favourite franchises - but unfortunately, one Jeff Beck fan doesn't believe the 58-year-old deserves similar recognition for his musical talents.
As the jury were still deliberating, Depp wasted no time in hopping on stage towards the start of English rock guitarist Beck's UK tour in Sheffield on Sunday (29 May).

He even went on stage a second time at London's Royal Albert Hall on both Monday (30 May) and Tuesday (31 May), before taking to Newcastle last night (2 June).
One fan, 32-year-old James Pallister from Newcastle, told the BBC how much the 'crowd was behind' Depp and how he 'looked really happy,' another attendee wasn't quite so pleased.
However, not all concert-goers were pleased with the actor's surprise guitar and vocal rendition.
Nick Rowe had waited two years to see Beck play after the coronavirus pandemic meant there was a two year delay for his tickets.

The 64-year-old said: "Jeff Beck was excellent. The thing that spoiled the whole night was the talentless Mr Depp. He was like a drunken pub singer at one point. I don't know what Jeff Beck's thinking of."
Another Beck fan, Austin Delord, thought Depp's appearance 'took so much from Beck'.
He told the Daily Mail: "Too much Johnny Depp, we did not come here to see him. Bit of a publicity stunt, he did not bring much to the party."
The Telegraph's Neil McCormick gave the gig a three out of five, writing that Depp 'may not be the greatest vocalist but he knows how to deliver a song'.

However, the critic noted Depp's arrival was a 'genuine relief' to an otherwise 'soulless display of virtuosity'.
He said: "Depp’s arrival added welcome focus, his meaty guitar middle tones offsetting Beck’s stinging lead. Plus Depp brought actual songs to the occasion, facilitating greater dynamic interplay."
McCormick reflected that overall the actor's presence 'added pizzazz and created a space for Beck to shine more brightly' and that Depp was 'not out of his depth'. "Cinema’s loss may yet be rock and roll’s gain."
Before becoming an actor, Depp first began his career as a musician.

From 1986 to 1987, the 58-year-old was in American rock band Rock City Angels.
In 2012, he formed Hollywood Vampires alongside Alice Cooper and Joe Perry.
Despite Rowe's dislike of Depp's appearance at Beck's concert, crowds gathered in support for Depp outside of the venue.
Curtis Charlton said: "I'm over the moon. I'm so happy.

"He's a really nice guy. He spent so much time with the little kids at the front speaking to everyone and getting everything signed. He's an absolute legend."
Depp is set to release an album alongside Beck.
At the concert last night, Beck told crowds: "I met this guy five years ago and we've never stopped laughing since. We actually made an album. I don't know how it happened. It will be out in July."
The news follows Depp's defamation case win against ex-wife Amber Heard.
After the ruling, Depp took to Instagram to tell fans the 'best is yet to come' and how excited he is to start a 'new chapter' of his life.
