Ripped Body Costume Means Anyone Can Be Hench Without Going To Gym

Finally, a quick and easy method of appearing absolutely shredded without the stress or effort of actually working out

Much of the last year has been a tough time to keep fit and strong, with the gyms closed for long stretches, so plenty of people out there could well face a long road back to being shredded.

But if you want to look like you've given your body an upgrade without all the stress and hassle of actually working out, or putting yourself through expensive surgical processes, you could always opt for a suit that will make you look ripped.

Taobao/Smitizen

Taobao is one of many retailers who sell half- and full-body suits to give the appearance of being hench AF, and theirs are made from 100 percent medical-grade silicone.

You can buy an upper body, lower body or full body cast depending on what you want to show off.

If you haven't skipped leg day since high school but want your chest and arms to look massively pumped, then just opt for the upper body suit.

But if you're keen to show off those pins and don't mind getting a little sweaty, then you could always go for the full body and let the good times roll.

Anyone who has worn something tight on their body on a hot day will know how sweaty things can get, so as long as you don't care about things getting a little moist, then you should be sweet.

But the quick and easy method of getting ripped doesn't come cheap.

A retailer on eBay is selling a half-body suit that doesn't even include bulging biceps and tantalising triceps for nearly AUD $270 (£150).

That's a lot of cash, but if you think about the time and money that goes into a gym routine and membership, then maybe it's worth it...?

On the other hand, you could always just return to the gyms now that they're open once more. It's really up to you.
