A man has gone viral for sharing his wife's clever travel hacks for packing. Catch some of the tips here:

Everyone falls between one of two camps when it comes to packing.

You're either the sort of packer who begins filling their case a week in advance, a list written in digital form on your phone as well as one hand-written, having accounted for all weather possibilities, a spare outfit in your hand luggage, and each item folded neatly with no crinkles or creases.

Or, you're the type of packer who stuffs their case an hour before you're due to set off for the airport, barely remembering their passport and often leaving their toothbrush behind.

However, one woman has got the whole packing thing absolutely nailed. So much so, she's become a TikTok sensation for bringing items some may never think of, but which 'just make sense'.

TikToker Thomas Clifford has used the platform to give an insight into his family's life, including sharing some of his wife's ingenious travelling hacks.

One post lists items such as a pop up washing basket, a European extension cable, an outdoor hanger and a shower speaker.

A follow-up post shows a makeup brush 'with box to put on sun cream'.

"Separate beach and pool towels to stop sand getting by the pool," another tip reads, as well as having 'insulated bed pockets' to store valuables.

Thomas' wife packs thing such as adapters but also pop-up clothes bins for dirty washing.

The first post has amassed over a million views, with other TikTok users flooding to the comments in support of the travel hacks.

One said: "Wait .. pop up washing basket ? You put all your dirty clothes inside and pop it in your case ready to take home ?! Genious haha.. I’m going to have."

"I want to go on holiday with your wife. I’m not carrying all that stuff in my small case," another joked.

A third commented: "She has my heart cause I do the exact same. Just makes sense…"

A final user called for Thomas' wife to make her own TikTok account.

"Love the washing basket idea.. ask your wife to set up her own social media page and share her amazing ideas that make sense with the rest of us pls," they said.

However, Thomas proved he has some tricks up his own sleeve too.

Another post reveals the 'game changer' of being able to translate 'anything you take photos of' using your iPhone 'so you can check for allergies [on food menus] and information'.
