A mother has come after her daughter after discovering she broke her bed during sex - now demanding she forks out £1,600 for a new one.
Mum Nicole dragged her daughter Rhiannon onto Australian TV court show Trial By Kyle to resolve the dispute, which started when she found out Rhiannon and her unnamed lover had damaged the bed during an intimate, er, session when they were house sitting.

They had managed to not only break several wooden slats, but also snapped part of the bed frame.
Nicole now wants Rhiannon to pay for a new piece of furniture, but her daughter claims she can't afford a replacement.

Opening the proceedings by giving her side of the argument, Nicole told presenter Kyle Sandilands: "My partner and I went away for a week and Rhiannon was house sitting for us.
"I said that she could have the spare room which has a nice queen size bed in it. Nothing wrong with it.
"When we returned the house was a mess, and when I went upstairs to my bedroom, I discovered that my bed was broken. I felt very violated by the fact that she broke it and didn't actually care that she broke it."
Rhiannon explained she had broken the bed with some 'intense passion', to which Kyle quipped back: "Why didn't you bang in the other bed?"

Rhiannon replied: "The honest truth? My friends were in that bed."
Kyle added that 'mum's bed' was the 'least romantic place' he could imagine being with someone - and he's got a point, to be fair.
The issue largely stemmed from the fact that Rhiannon said she couldn't afford to pay the $2,099 (£1,632) that Nicole was demanding for a replacement bed.

But Nicole had no sympathy for her daughter, telling her: "You broke the bed, you pay for the bed.
"Let's just move on from this because I'm getting married in nine weeks and she's supposed to be my bridesmaid, and we can barely speak two words to each other because of her lack of responsibility."
Eventually, Kyle sided with Nicole and wrapped things up by telling the pair: "Rhiannon, really, you're responsible for breaking your mother's bed, so the ruling is $2099 so your mum can consummate her future relationship in her own bed."

But even after the case was closed, Rhiannon couldn't help having one last stab at justice.
"My mum most definitely contributed to the breaking of that bed," she said.
"I have heard things that you cannot unhear as a daughter."
