When blokes get an unexpected erection can lead to some pretty awkward moments - not least because sometimes there simply isn't a way to conceal it.

That is, fellas, until now!

Introducing Pornhub's new brainwave: the Bonerless Bathing Suit.

I know, swimming trunks sound like the last thing you'd want to be donning at a sensitive time like that, but hear them out.

The limited edition swimming trunks that help camouflage the awkward erection.

Basically, they feature contain a special built-in lining, which is made from 100 percent lycra. This holds down the penis without 'strangling it', in turn concealing what's going on down there.

Corey Price, VP at Pornhub, explained: "We worked hard on the development of this first of its kind bathing suit that should help ease comfort and increase enjoyment for the most masterful of bathers and watersports amateurs alike."

While the lining is made using a 'high quality, breathable fabric' so that you'll never feel too, er, restricted, the outer later is made from a 100 percent water-repellent polyester.

The trunks comes in a simple yet snazzy black and orange design, and also boast a flared cut to help hide any awkward bulges.

The trunks are being sold now by Pornhub - yours for a cool $69.95 (£55.09), though you can also save yourself $20 (£15.75) if you used the promo code 'BONER'.

Lovely.

Mind you, if surprise erections aren't really a problem for you, you could go for a completely different approach this summer with these denim-print 'Jeado' swimming briefs.

The diddy Daytona Dong Sarong Jeado Swim Brief pants cost $39.99 and come in sizes S through to XXL - though the folk at Shinesty advise they fit 'tight', meaning they suggest buying one size up.

They're 'smooth on your gear' and quick-drying, and feature a feature a hi-res denim design.

The shell is made from 88 percent polyester and 12 percent spandex (everyone loves a bit of spandex), while the lining is 100 percent polyester.

The online product description reads: "They say jorts are the above-ground pool of the shorts world. We'd be inclined to agree.

"Our denim print swim brief, also known as the Jeado, also known as the Daytona Dong Sarong is just like that, except it is the above-ground hot tub of the swim brief world... or something like that.

"It is like eating a bag of chips in church. Everyone looks over at you with disgust, but deep down they want some too. And if you're really risky you'll combine those last 2 sentences, eating a bag of chips in church while wearing this denim swimsuit.

"You'll probably get tossed out, but you'll look and taste good doing it."

It adds: "These should be paired with caterpillar-style moustaches for optimal results."

The choice - as they said on Blind Date - is yours...
