You'd imagine being the man with the world's largest penis would be nothing but a God-send, but it turns out things are a little more complicated.
Jonah Falcon, the unofficial owner of the biggest member on the planet (13.5in when erect, FYI), has opened up about his oversized appendage - talking us through the good, the bad and the ugly.
Along with talking about when he first realised he was different while at boarding school as a kid, Falcon recalled how he became so famous for his large penis, having got 'roped into' an HBO documentary called Private D***s: Men Exposed, which was followed by an interview on the Howard Stern Show.

As for the best part about having a large penis, Falcon said: "I don't have that insecurity, and I think I have a more open mind because I'm not constantly trying to prove myself.
"I don't need a fancy car, I don't need a gun, I happily wear a mask, and so on, because I don't have to prove my masculinity to anyone else. I'll wear all pink, d***it!"
But he admitted there are downsides, too, saying the worst part is the 'preconceptions' people have.

He said: "For some reason, having 13-plus inches means I'm a bad person, or I'm egotistic, or I'm a porn star, or I'm dumb, or I'm a s***.
"Also, I'm sick and tired of having people wanting me to measure it in front of them. I've done it 10,000 times - enough already!"
When asked to name a challenging aspect to his massive genitalia that people wouldn't think of, Falcon said his testicles are 'proportionate in size', so he has to wrap his penis 'off to the left' to avoid 'all that squeezing'.
"Also, I have my 'incognito' pants that are baggy, and I put my wallet in the left pocket [to hide my penis from being visible through my pants]," he added.

Falcon admitted he used to perform autofellatio [performing oral sex on your own penis] from the ages of 10 to 18, but due to upper back pain it's no longer an option.
When asked if he's ever been too big for a partner, he said things aren't usually too bad if someone is excited, adding: "Even though I am a little thicker than my wrist.
"I'm pretty slow, anyway. I love kissing and making out, and I am pretty good at oral. Slow and steady wins the race."

Falcon said his 'feud' with Roberto Cabrera - who has previously claimed to have the world's biggest penis - is 'hardly' a thing, saying he simply tells people to 'look at the CAT scan'.
He also shared some advice for any blokes out there who wish they had a bigger penis, saying: "A hot bod and a winning personality will attract far more than a large c**k if you're looking for sex.
"No one cares if you have a small c**k except yourself. Don't bring it up, and if they make comments, just show how experienced you are at using your mouth."
