Peter Kay has announced he'll be doing a monthly residency at the O2 as part of his huge comeback tour.
The 49-year-old comedian said he 'can't get his head around' the reaction after he announced a huge comeback tour at the weekend.
Kay co-hosted Zoe Ball's Breakfast show on Radio 2 today (9 November) ahead of his return to the stage after 12 years away.
The tour will kick-off next month and will visit arenas across the UK including the O2.
Fans in the Capital were left upset after Kay announced his new tour dates and seemingly forgot to include London.

However the beloved funny man has said he’ll actually become the first artist in history to perform a monthly residency at the arena in North Greenwich starting in December.
During Zoe Ball’s breakfast show, he clarified: “Of course I’m not going to not do London.
“All I can say is yes I am.”
A tweet sent this morning also confirmed the good news, reading: “Peter Kay announces a monthly London residency at@TheO2 has been added to his national arena tour!"
Tickets will go on sale this Saturday (12 November) with shows also set to take place in Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Belfast, Newcastle, Dublin, Glasgow, Cardiff and Nottingham.
