President Donald Trump has lashed out at a report by the Wall Street Journal claiming he sent a 'bawdy' letter to Jeffrey Epstein as part of the disgraced financier's 50th birthday celebrations.
The report alleges that the president took part in an album created by Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell in 2003.
Maxwell is still in prison, after Epstein died by suicide while in his New York jail cell back in 2019.
The alleged letter is the latest nightmare for the Trump administration surrounding the Epstein case, with former supporters like Joe Rogan and Elon Musk seemingly turning on the president and calling for the full files to be released.

According to the WSJ, the letter appears to have Trump’s signature, with an outline of a naked woman framing text which reads: “Happy Birthday - and may every day be another wonderful secret.”
The picture of the naked woman is alleged to have been 'hand-drawn' with a marker pen, with a wiggly signature reading ‘Donald’ said to be over the pubic area.
The WSJ reports that a compilation of letters was assembled in a leather-bound album, featuring many poems and photos from successful business people.
Trump has hit back and denied the authenticity of the report and the letter, saying: “This is not me. This is a fake thing. It's a fake Wall Street Journal story.”

He insisted: “I never wrote a picture in my life. I don't draw pictures of women. It's not my language. It's not my words.”
The president went on to claim that he was 'gonna sue The Wall Street Journal just like I sued everyone else'.
Trump posted angrily on Truth Social, writing: “The Wall Street Journal printed a FAKE letter, supposedly to Epstein.
“These are not my words, not the way I talk. Also, I don't draw pictures.”
He added: “I told Rupert Murdoch it was a Scam, that he shouldn't print this Fake Story. But he did, and now I'm going to sue his a** off, and that of his third rate newspaper.”

Trump continued by urging Attorney General Pam Bondi to release more information about Epstein to the public.
He wrote: “Based on the ridiculous amount of publicity given to Jeffrey Epstein, I have asked Attorney General Pam Bondi to produce any and all pertinent Grand Jury testimony, subject to Court approval.
“This SCAM, perpetuated by the Democrats, should end, right now!”
It comes after Trump attacked people for criticising Bondi’s handling of the case.

On 12 July, the 79-year-old said: “What’s going on with my ‘boys’ and, in some cases, ‘gals?’”
“They’re all going after Attorney General Pam Bondi, who is doing a FANTASTIC JOB!" Trump added, before saying he doesn't 'like what's happening'.
“We have a PERFECT Administration, THE TALK OF THE WORLD, and ‘selfish people’ are trying to hurt it, all over a guy who never dies, Jeffrey Epstein,” said Trump.
He seems to have changed his mind from when he had previously said of Bondi: “Whatever she thinks is credible, she should release.”
Earlier this year, Bondi claimed she had the rumoured ‘Epstein list’ on her desk, waiting to be reviewed, but later backtracked and insisted she meant a generic file.
