It's funny what goes viral these days. You can never really call it.
For example, I saw this video doing the rounds on Facebook recently and didn't think much of it. People love complaining, that's just human nature.
However, the following video went super SUPER viral after being posted on Costa Coffee's Facebook wall.

Paul Hopkinson, a builder, recently experimented with a regular and large Costa coffee. He claims that the price change isn't warranted with drinks from the self-service machine, as there's no difference in the amount of coffee you get.
Costa reached out to Paul, and commented underneath the video with their explanation: "Hi Paul, thanks for taking the time to send in your video! Despite what it looks like I can assure you you're not being duped in any way. The regular cup is a 12oz and the large is a 16oz so there is a 4 fluid oz in size difference. Plus you also get the extra shot of coffee, hence the price difference!"

The video has divided people, with some on Paul's side, and others defending the coffee giants.
Damn. Well, coffee is expensive. Maybe just stick to bringing in your own to work?
