46-year-old 'biohacker' Bryan Johnson reckons he's got the physical fitness of an 18-year-old thanks to his incredibly unique diet and routine.

He believes he's crafted the 'perfect diet' to slow down or even reverse the ageing process with the help of a team of 30 doctors and $2 million (£1.57 million) a year on food, treatments and pills.

If you want to live like Bryan and turn back the clock to potentially escape death itself (we'll see whether he's actually managed that in a few decades) then be prepared to get up at 5.00am, eat nothing after 11.00am and go to bed at 8.30pm.

Also, be ready to eat a startling quantity of vegetables and pop a veritable mountain of pills, and ideally have a teenage son whose blood you can take to inject into yourself.

If all of this is making you think 'phwoar, I've got to get me a piece of that', then Bryan has got 10 rather strict rules for anyone who wants to get into a relationship with him.

"Babe, it's 11:01, no more food for you today."

Most of the rules boil down to adopting his lifestyle and Bryan claims that since injecting himself with his son's blood 'more women reached out to me than ever before'.

He told Muscle and Health that rule number one of dating him was you stopped eating when he did, so your final meal of the day would be at 11.00am just like him.

Next up would be sticking to his bedtime of 8.30pm so when he goes to sleep you had better hope your head is on your pillow or the population of Dumpsville might soon include you.

Speaking of things to do while your head is on that pillow, rule number three is 'no pillow talk' while the fourth rule is 'you sleep alone' so forget sharing a bed or whispering sweet nothings to each other.

In fact, forget most conversations altogether as rule five is 'no small talk' as Johnson adopts a 'really don't care' approach to it.

If you were thinking of taking some time off on the holy day of rest that is Sunday then think again, 'no Sunday vacations' is rule six.

"That's right darling, I've got 100 percent erectile function."

If you've made it this far and are still willing to get with the 46-year-old who is aiming to have an 18-year-old's body then you'd better learn all about rule seven and your sex schedule, though at least you're not on the clock while bonking as Johnson says it's 'playtime'.

At least you'll know if his regular 'penis rejuvenation therapy' treatments work.

Rule number eight is called 'veggie daddy' and we're going to guess (and hope) this means you're supposed to follow his strict vegetarian diet.

Moving on quickly to rule number nine, Johnson says any potential partner 'must give plasma' even though he scrapped that treatment after there were 'no benefits detected' from having some of his son's.

Rounding off the list of 10 rules are the words every woman wants to hear: 'you are not my number one priority'.

So, if you're looking for a 46-year-old man who wants the body of an 18-year-old that will demand you live your life according to his daily routine, not sleep next to him, not talk to him much and accept you're not his main priority then Bryan Johnson is the man of your dreams.
