Viewers of last night's UFC fight are arguing over whether Donald Trump received as warm a welcome this time or not.
The president arrived at UFC 37 in Miami, to watch Carlos Ulberg take the title from former champion Jiri Prochazka.
He entered the arena to the soundtrack of a Kid Rock song, with some outlets including the New York Times reporting there was 'thunderous applause'.
Commenters on social media insisted they heard boos when Trump arrived, replying to the UFC account saying: "That’s odd I heard a lot of boos before the edit..."

Another argued: "Pretty sure I have a better sound system than you. No boos that I could hear."
One created a side-by-side comparison video, with the clip from 2025 featuring thunderous applause and the commentator saying there was a 'standing ovation' for Trump.
The 2026 clip does show people applauding, it does sound more muted in response based on that footage.
"The crowd that cheered him in 2025 booed him in 2026. The UFC love meter doesn’t lie," insisted one viewer.
One fan defended: "Lost support? Look at the footage. Every single person in that room is scrambling to get a photo. Everyone is practically tripping over themselves to get a picture. That doesn't look like someone who lost support. You can try to spin the narrative all you want, but the energy on the ground tells a completely different story."
Another claimed 2025 was so raucous because 'that was his first appearance after winning. After being shot. You people honestly suck so much.'

While he was busy watching the fight cage side, according to the New York Times, a deal between Iran and the US fell apart.
Vice President JD Vance shared the news in Pakistan that no deal had been reached to end the war in Iran.
En route to Florida he told the press: “We win, regardless. We’ve defeated them militarily.”
The UFC is set to host an event at the White House on June 14 to celebrate 250 years of American independence.
CEO Dana White said the president made a request for the fight card reports National News: “I'm sure you guys just saw the Hokit fight,” White said.
“About an hour ago, the president leans over to me and says, 'Why is Derrick Lewis not on the White House card?' and I said, 'Hold on, Mr President'. I stepped away and called Derrick Lewis and said, 'Derrick, [Mr Trump] just asked why you're not on the card. Do you want to fight on the White House card?' He said, 'Of course'.”
