Olympics fans have called for Hungarian boxer Anna Luca Hamori to be disqualified from the games after she shared 'disgusting' messages about Algeria's Imane Khelif.
Khelif's inclusion in the Paris games has caused division across the world, after her first opponent Angela Carini abandoned their fight after just 46 seconds and refused to shake the Algerian's hand.
Carini has since apologised for her behaviour after the fight, explaining that she'd been 'angry' about how her Olympics journey ended and added that the backlash against Khelif had made her 'sad'.

She added: "I'm sorry for my opponent, too. If the IOC said she can fight, I respect that decision."
However, Hungary's Hamori has now waded into the controversy by sharing a series of posts which have since been deemed 'vile' and 'disgusting'.
Hamori began by sharing a series of derogatory comments about Khelif to her Instagram story, however, one image in particular has caused backlash.

The post in question involved a slim and 'feminine' woman facing off against a muscly and overgrown 'masculine' man with devil horns.
Given the accusations that have been flung at Khelif regarding her gender, fans believe that Hamori is suggesting that her next opponent is a beast.

Hamori has also referred to Khelif as a 'man' when asked about how she was preparing for the match, saying: "I'm not scared. I don't care about the press story and social media.
"If she or he is a man, it will be a bigger victory for me if I win."
Given Hamori's comments and posts on social media, Olympics viewers have been quick to call for the Hungarian national's disqualification.
"This is awful behaviour! Luca Hamori should be removed," one fan wrote on social media, while a second added: "Luca Hamori's hateful posts about Imane Khelif go against the Athletes' Declaration. This needs to be addressed to maintain sportsmanship and respect."

The cause of the backlash over Khelif's inclusion at the games follows the report that the Algerian was one of two boxers excluded from competing in International Boxing Association (IBA) events after failing the competition's gender eligibility requirements.
The IBA had suggested that Khelif and Taiwanese boxer Lin Yu-Ting had elevated levels of testosterone and weren't able to compete.
However, neither Khelif or Lin have ever publicly identified as as a man, transgender, or intersex.

Following Khelif's bout against Carini, the IOC issued a statement on her inclusion in the games, reaffirming that that 'every person has the right to practise sport without discrimination'.
The statement added: "All athletes participating in the boxing tournament of the Olympic Games Paris 2024 comply with the competition’s eligibility and entry regulations, as well as all applicable medical regulations set by the Paris 2024 Boxing Unit."
LADBible Group has approached Hamori and the IOC for comment.
