Ex-Miss Croatia Ivana Knoll takes dig at F1 camera operator after Miami Grand Prix moment

Ivana Knoll, known as the 'sexiest fan in Russia' at the 2018 FIFA World Cup, has looked to stole the show at the Miami Grand Prix.

The former Miss Croatia finalist is a regular at the race, having reportedly attended every edition since 2022.

Sky Sports have been broadcasting the F1 and fans spotted what can only be described as a wondering camera lens when she appeared on screen.

Taking to Instagram, the 33-year-old shared a video of her photobombing the broadcast in a small black crop top with shorts and high boots.

While Simon Lazenby, Naomi Schiff and Jenson Button were discussing the upcoming fixture, Ivana strut past them like a catwalk model, and the camera operator appeared a little distracted

As she got closer to the camera, it briefly panned away from the presenters to basically just Ivana in shot.

The reaction of a F1 team member was also picked up with a stunned expression after she walked past.

It's not taken long for the clip to go viral on socials, with one person commenting: "Cameraman forgot he was at work for a solid five seconds."

Another added: "The camera man had a quick side quest but completed the mission."

"At that time he was even thinking of putting the camera down and follow her," penned a third.

Someone else provided another possible explanation: "To be fair, there is a whole mobile TV crew up to the right of the camera man so he can be avoiding a collision with a lighting set up but just happen to have a lady who apparently looks like Kendall Jenner to a degree walking by at the same time.

"McLaren Crew's reaction stole the show though!!"

Ivana, who has amassed a 2.8 million following on Instagram, went viral during the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia and then at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Her bold red-and-white checkered outfits clashed with Qatar's strict modesty laws.

"I heard about the rules and I was shocked. In the dress code you're forbidden from showing your shoulders, knees, belly and neck. I was like 'omg I don’t even have clothes covering that all'," she said at the time.

Ivana also reportedly had a number of run-ins with stadium security who tried to stop fans from taking photos with her.

Nowadays, she performs under the stage name KnollDoll, having played sets at the Miami Grand Prix and half-time shows for international football matches.
