Millionaire biohacker claims he has reverse-aged his penis by 15 years

Bryan Johnson says the data he has on his Johnson is critical to overall health.

A millionaire biohacker has been putting his body through an immense process to wind back the years.

While loads of people around the world are desperate to cling onto their youth, Bryan Johnson is putting his money where his mouth is.

The 46-year-old is keen to live for as long as possible but he wants his body to remain young.

One of those parts is his penis and he's been wearing a device that measures how many erections he gets when he sleeps.

Johnson told The Diary of a CEO podcast that it's essential knowledge.

"Everyone should know these three things: [how] much you weigh, how fast you're ageing and the duration of your nighttime erections," he said.

The 46-year-old added that 'this data is really important' because it can provide indicators to how the rest of your body is doing.

"Cardiovascular health...you can go to the gym and build big biceps or whatever, but people are not familiar that nighttime erections are actually a meaningful health indicator," he said.

The Daily Mail reports that Johnson uses focused shock wave therapy to improve his nighttime erections.

He likened this to the way some people fix their injured joints or ligaments.

"So there's this technology: you have a wand and you sit in a chair and then the technician uses the wand and basically shocks your penis through the acoustic technology," the millionaire revealed.

"You're creating micro injuries so then it rebuilds.

"And so this technology is used for all over the entire body if you're trying to heal an ACL or you're trying to rejuvenate the knees [or] the joints shoulders."

Johnson sold his payment processing tech business, Braintree Venmo, to PayPal for $800 million (then £492 million) a decade ago.

He has recruited a team of 30 doctors headed by Cambridge-based anti-ageing expert Dr Oliver Zolman.

Zolamn closely monitors his blood, heart, liver, kidneys, brain, blood vessels and sexual health.

His strict regime involves downing 80 vitamins and mineral supplements every day, alongside a very precise 1,977-calorie diet - consisting of 70lbs of mushed veggies a month as well as almond milk, walnuts, flaxseed and berries.

Johnson also exercises for at least half an hour a day, hits the sack at precisely 8.30pm every night, lasers away any skin sun damage, zaps his pelvic floor muscles with electromagnets, and even ‘placates’ the vagus nerve (which controls stress) with a clip-on gadget.
