Navigating your teenage years and early 20s can often be challenging for most of us, as we make the transition from being a child to a responsible-ish adult.

Some of us could be making our first steps into employment, while others may be navigating the realms of higher education.

But, whatever most of us are doing in early adulthood, it’s unlikely that many of us will have the financial resources that Linsey Donovan has.

And Linsey, who became a multi-millionaire at the tender age of 19, is not shy about showing off her lavish purchases.

It all happened very quickly for Linsey, who moved from Maryland to Florida at 18-years-old with no money to her name, and soon found herself making huge sums when she started modelling on social media.

The now 23-year-old has revealed the extensive property portfolio that she has amassed in recent years.

"I currently own four properties and my real estate property is worth over $7million (£6m)," she told Truly in quotes published by the Daily Star.

"I spend money on real estate, make-up and clothes.

"The most I've ever spent in a day would be $450,000 (£391,000)."

The model also has a $446,000 (£391,000) car collection, with her first purchase being a $250,000 (£271,000) Mercedes S65 V12 when she was 19.

Linsey claimed that people thought she was going 'crazy' when she purchased her Mercedes.

She also went on to purchase what she called her “dream truck”, a Ford Ranger Raptor, which cost another $100,000 (£87,000).

Her truck is kept on the drive of her home, which has a farm with a horse, a pool, and a separate bedroom for her three golden retrievers.

"I have the biggest house on the entire lake,” she added.

"I feel like a princess walking into this beautiful home every day with high ceilings on the lake.

"The sunsets here are gorgeous, I love seeing my dogs in the pool and my big, pink huge Barbie bedroom."

Linsey has also spent $30,000 (£26,000) for a baby grand piano, which she plays every single day, and similarly spared no expense for her wardrobe, which includes a $3,000 (£2,600) dress that was made for Kim Kardashian.

The model said: "It feels really good to be able to buy whatever I want and not have to worry about the price.”

She also added that she understands being cautious with money and 'understanding the value of a dollar' but being able to have more financial freedom is amazing.
