The 55inch HD TV comes with some great tech elements too, three built in HDMI ports come as standard alongside USB and earphone jacks. If you're after something a bit smaller, there a 43inch Medion ultra HD smart TV on sale for £259.99, which also comes equipped with Freeview and the Netflix app.

Fans of specs might like to know it has a 3840 x 2160-pixel resolution in a 16:9 format.

The items are available to pre-order right now - with tomorrow listed as an estimated dispatch date, so you could be watching your new telly in no time, with enough cash left to get yourself a takeaway.

There's also a smaller 43inch Medion ultra HD smart TV on sale for £259.99.

Customers who snapped up the offer last year have left five-star reviews for the TVs with one saying the 'picture is superb' and another adding that it is a 'bargain'.

These are an online exclusive, meaning you won't need to go and wrestle someone to get your mucky paws on one, but they are getting snapped up fast, so if you do fancy one don't hang around.

The budget supermarket is smashing it with its specialbuys lately, offering everything from hot tubs to wood burners.
