A mum has accused an Evri courier of swiping one of her son's Christmas presents - and claims she has footage of the whole thing.
Toni Fryer, 47, says she will 'never use' the delivery firm again after her parcel was allegedly pilfered by a female driver last week.
She claims that her doorbell camera captured the moment that the courier grabbed another parcel which was on her doorstep, before making off with it.
In the shocking footage from 15 December, a woman is seen arriving at Fryer's home in Timsbury, Hampshire, before climbing out of a van while clutching two parcels.

She runs up the drive with a box and another package, which she then places outside of the pad.
According to Fryer, another parcel that had been delivered earlier that day by another Evri driver was also waiting on her doorstep - but it suddenly disappeared.
Take a look below:
And after reviewing the video recorded by her doorbell, she believes that the second Evri courier nabbed it.
The mum suspects that the female driver subtly snuck the missing parcel underneath her jacket while bending down, before racing back to her van.
To add insult to injury, Fryer says that the package contained a Christmas present for her son.
"I asked my partner to bring the three parcels into the house, but he insisted there were only two left on the porch," she said. "I pulled up the doorbell footage and couldn't believe what I was seeing."
She explained that she contacted Evri about the parcel's vanishing act, but claims she did not receive a response in regards to the alleged theft.

"The most annoying thing is that you can't contact them for love nor money," Fryer said. "Evri have taken no responsibility and their customer service is shocking.
"I just wish the situation was taken more seriously. I will never use Evri again."
The mum went on to claim that a fourth parcel she was expecting to arrive that day never turned up either.
"This could have been someone's medicine, or something really important," she fumed. "The drivers need to have better background checks as some of them just can't be trusted."
Needless to say, Evri are on the naughty list in the eyes of the Fryer family.

The courier service has now confirmed that it has launched an investigation into the incident.
A spokesperson for Evri told LADbible: "Our priority is to handle every parcel with care, and we take claims such as these very seriously.
"We are investigating this as a priority and our customer service team is reaching out to the customer to offer their support."
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary also added: "We received a report that between 10.10am and 11.05am on Dec 15, the passenger in a delivery van stole a parcel from the doorstep of an address in The Millburns, Timsbury."
