
It has been reported by British Transport Police that there are three separate incidents being investigated, prior to the tragic stabbing which took place on a London-bound train.
Earlier today, police confirmed that a 32-year-old man was arrested in connection with the horror knife attack which took place on the 18:25 London North Eastern Railway (LNER) service bound for King's Cross on Saturday 1 November.
Eleven people were left injured in the aftermath of the knife attack, with nine left fighting for their lives, as witnesses reported police using a taser on a man holding a knife at the scene.
While two suspects were arrested in the aftermath of the incident, one has been released, while Anthony Williams, from Peterborough, has been charged for the attack.

The Brit has been charged with 11 counts of attempted murder, one count of actual bodily harm and one count of possession of a bladed article, with one count of attempted murder in relation to a previous incident, said British Transport Police.
He appeared at Peterborough Magistrates this morning (3 November), with the bodily harm charge related to an assault on a 'police officer in a custody suite' which took place after the train incident, report the BBC.

Now, authorities are investigating his alleged involvement in the stabbing of a teenager in Peterborough city centre on Friday night, as a 14-year-old was taken to hospital, suffering minor injuries.
Police arrived at the scene after the suspect fled, with officers unable to find them with the help of a sniffer dog.

It has been reported that 15 minutes after the incident, a man was seen with a knife at a barber's shop in the Fletton area of Peterborough, with this only being reported to police almost two hours later at 9.10pm, at which point he had left the scene.

In the early hours of the next morning, Isaiah Ishmael Idris suffered facial injuries when he was attacked with a knife on a DLR train at Pontoon Dock in East London, with the suspect fleeing - in another case which police looked into.

Anthony Williams has been charged with attempted murder in relation to this attack.

Later that day, a second report was received by Cambridgeshire Police, with details of a man with a knife at a barbers' shop in Fletton who was at the scene at the time of the call, though he couldn't be found when police showed up 18 minutes later.
The man is believed to be Williams, though this is yet to be confirmed.

On that Saturday night, a mass stabbing took place on a train from Doncaster to London, with passenger alarms being pulled to stop the train at Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire.

Cambridgeshire Constabulary police were called to the scene, with British Transport Police also making their way by 7.42pm.
Within eight minutes of the call, two men were apprehended by armed officers, with Williams being charged in Magistrates' Court this morning.
