A mother-of-five is stuck in Turkey fighting to save her breast after developing a severe infection for her confidence-boosting boob job.
Back in April, Chloe Roiser jetted to the southern city of Antalya to undergo a £3,500 breast enhancement after researching several different private clinics in the Eurasian country.
After undergoing surgery, the mum-of-five remained in Turkey for several days before being cleared to return to the UK with a series of aftercare instructions.

"It seemed to be OK. You don’t know what to expect if you haven’t had that done before," Chloe said of the initial surgery aftermath, explaining that she was given painkillers and a three-day course of antibiotics.
After arriving home in Wymondham, Norfolk, the former nurse noticed signs that one of her breasts was infected, but was urged by the clinic to continue with her designated aftercare plan.

"I followed all the aftercare. I have a nursing degree, I'm not silly, I know what I’m doing. They gave me all the bits and pieces I needed to redress and I did all the redressing," she said, adding that the edges of her nipples appeared to be 'red and raised'.
"I did notice on the boob that’s infected, the stitches looked like something was going on."

After a week Chloe's breast was visibly infected, however she was unaware of the severity of the situation until getting in contact with her aunt, who worked as a beautician.
"She was ringing me and said, that’s necrosis, you need to get that seen, you could lose your whole nipple," she explained.
Unable to get treatment in the UK - current BAPRAS guidelines state that the NHS is not obligated to deal with complications of overseas cosmetic surgery unless it is life-threatening - Chloe was forced to return to the clinic in Antalya.

Revealing that she was diagnosed with necrosis of the nipple upon arrival at the clinic, Chloe said: '"It was a really bad infection, they had to scalpel all the infection out. They said I’d lost that part of my nipple, and they confirmed it was necrosis at that point
"They gave me antibiotics by injection into my boob and then two antibiotics to take for seven days."
Necrosis is a complication which can occur following surgery, when insufficient blood supply causes tissue death to the impacted area. Chloe is now waiting to receive all of her documents from the clinic, but is anxious to push for details out of fears she will be refused treatment.
She continued: "I’ve got a course of antibiotics and I'm dressing the wound myself and sending photos to them, but they haven’t told me anything about when I see the doctor next. I’m totally in the dark."

The complications mean the total cost of Chloe's surgery has since skyrocketed, as she has had to fork out £550 for additional flights and £1,500 for hotels, as well as covering the cost of medication.
"I feel bad I've actually come out here and done it. People will tell me I shouldn’t have done it. It’s partly my own fault," she added.
"I’m feeling drained from it all, mentally and financially drained. I’ve got such bad anxiety at the moment. The doctor said to my partner, it’s not 100 percent the infection won’t come back.
"I never should have touched my body at all."
