A woman with a rare health condition has opened up about the cruel things people say to her due to her chest.

Summer Robert was diagnosed with macromastia, and is believed to have 'the UK's biggest boobs', with an R cup size and her breasts weighing in at around four stone.

The condition means her breasts never stop growing, even as an adult, and only around 300 cases have been reported to date.

Summer says it worsened roughly three years ago, when her bra size increased 11 times over the course of a year.

A specialist told her it was likely triggered by the hormonal change a woman experiences at around 25-years-old, but they're still growing as years pass.

The 28-year-old has revealed she regularly receives horrible abuse from strangers, sadly mostly from other women who dub her an 'attention seeker' due to her chest.

As well as having to deal with nasty comments, the condition can also cause chronic back, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, and also cause deep grooves to form in the skin from the bra.

Summer told The Mirror: "Women stare, judge, tut and say mean things."

She added that she often gets called an 'attention seeker' and receives a 'lot of disgusted looks from women mainly' but insists she's 'proud' of her figure regardless of what people say.

Despite their unkindness, she insisted she doesn't fight fire with fire and opts to 'compliment them and kill them with kindness back'.

She previously told LADbible she had hoped for a breast reduction in the past, but it didn't go to plan.

"The turning point was when I found a lump in my breast. That was terrifying. I went to my GP, they felt it too, and referred me to a breast specialist the same day," she recalled.

"When I saw the specialist, they told me it wasn’t cancer, which was a huge relief, but they also said I had a lot of breast tissue and recommended a reduction."

Unfortunately, for the former restaurant manager, the Covid pandemic happened and lockdown caused her surgery to be shelved.

"When services resumed, I called to reschedule and was told they no longer offered the procedure on the NHS," she explained, and trying to go private also didn't work because they said her BMI was too high, despite most of her weight being on her chest.

She set up an OnlyFans and said having the page has helped her to love her body, in spite of the negativity she receives in day-to-day life.

"The same body I’d been told was a problem suddenly became something powerful. People online were more informed about my condition than some of the doctors I’d seen. For the first time, I felt understood," she said.

Her confidence has grown so much that she admitted if she was offered a reduction today, she would turn it down.

"It took me a long time to get here. But my body gave me confidence. It gave me freedom. It gave me a career. It gave me a new lease of life, and I wouldn’t change it."

She hopes to continue to raise awareness of the condition.
