Images have been doing the rounds on Facebook of a man sat in a beer garden wearing a vile t-shirt mocking victims of the Hillsborough tragedy.

The shocking text on the back of his top suggested the 1989 disaster was "Gods way" of helping a pest control company.

According to reports, the man was drinking at Brewers Arms, in Worcester, when he was told to leave by the landlord.

West Mercia Police released a statement earlier today saying a man has been arrested "on suspicion that with intent he displayed writing which was threatening, abusive, insulting and caused harassment, alarm or distress."

Understandably, many people have been left outraged by the disgusting t-shirt and a load of Twitter users are now sending a man - believed to be the person in question - a load of random items after his name and address were shared on social media.

Apparently, pranksters have had 25 cement mixers, a male prostitute, four taxis, a package of poo, a crane and £600 worth of Viagra delivered to his house. Along with a load of other random shit.

However, families of the tragedy have urged supporters to simply ignore him.

Donna Miller, who lost her brother Paul Carlile, 19, in the tragedy, told Liverpool Echo: "Dealing with him is just not worth it.

"We've fought for so long to basically clear our names and not to be slurred with being called violent."
