It has been announced by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department that an investigation has been opened into a new sexual battery allegation against music record executive Sean 'Diddy' Combs.

The Bad Boy Records founder is currently serving a four-year prison sentence after being found guilty on two counts of transportation for prostitution.

Diddy was originally accused of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution following his arrest in September 2024, tarnishing his reputation in the industry.

The charges Diddy was found guilty of had a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, though he may have been facing a life sentence if he was found guilty of the biggest charge against him - racketeering conspiracy.

Following eight weeks of the gruelling court case, the verdict came after many witnesses, including some celebrities, stepped forward to testify, while graphic evidence was also examined.

Now, the new allegation against Diddy comes from an unnamed male music producer and publicist from Florida, who claimed he met the rapper at a warehouse photoshoot in Los Angeles back in 2020.

According to a police report seen by NBC, the man claimed that Diddy started masturbating under a shirt, before exposing himself and telling the producer to help him.

The unnamed man did not respond, as the 56-year-old allegedly carried on with the crude act before throwing his shirt at the man.

This report also revealed information on an incident from March 2021, where the accuser claimed that two men covered his head before Diddy entered the room and called him a 'snitch'.

An official copy of the report was sent from the Florida Department to the Los Angeles County Sheriff´s Department on Friday (14 November), as they stated: "Special Victims Bureau will be investigating the allegations."

In a statement to NBC, Diddy's civil attorney dismissed the latest allegation, saying: "As Mr. Combs' legal team has repeatedly stated for over a year now, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus."

He is set to be released in May 2028, though participation in substance abuse treatment and other programs behind bars could shorten his sentence.
