Judge Arun Subramanian has threatened to remove Sean 'Diddy' Combs from court for ‘absolutely unacceptable’ conduct.
Before proceedings began again after a lunch break, he said the music mogul was 'nodding' and looking at jurors during one line of questioning today (5 June).
"If it happens again, I will give an instruction to the jury or it could result in the exclusion of your client from the courtroom," Judge Subramanian said.

The judge added to lawyers that he has been 'clear there should be no facial expressions to the jury' as defence lawyer Marc Agnifilo said it will not happen again.
Diddy is currently facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution, all of which he denies.
The trial proceedings began in early May with various shocking allegations made against the rapper.

Court artist Jane Rosenberg has been watching him in court and claimed to NBC News that the disgraced star has been making facial expressions at jurors since the trial started.

She added that he has been attempting to interact with a number of them, both affirmatively and negatively depending on the testimony.
The judge called the behaviour 'absolutely unacceptable' as he reaffirmed: "This cannot happen again."
Proceedings were also thrown into a bit of chaos earlier this week when a woman began shouting out in the courtroom.

While the trial cannot be streamed or televised, those around and in New York are able to go and sit in. And one of these decided to interrupt what was going on by shouting 'Diddy' and a number of profanities.

"These motherf*****s are laughing at you," the woman yelled at Combs.
She went on to say, 'you're laughing at a black man's legacy' and 'pull your gun out ninja, I dare you'.
And unsurprisingly, the judge ordered for her to be removed from the courtroom before proceedings were then allowed to continue.
During the trial, Diddy's ex, Cassie Ventura, spoke about the drug-fuelled 'freak offs' he allegedly orchestrated that could ‘last up to four days’.
She spoke of the abuse she allegedly suffered during their relationship as former assistants and the likes of Kid Cudi also taking to the stand.

Earlier today, Cassie's friend, Bryana Bongolan returned to court following her claims that the rapper held her over a balcony in 2016. Defence lawyers today attempted to show inconsistencies over the alleged incident.
The trial continues
