Shia LaBeouf has made unfortunate headlines this month after drunkenly āterrorisingā New Orleans during Mardi Gras celebrations.
LaBeouf had publicly stated in the past that he had been sober for multiple years, but made headlines for his drunken rampage through New Orleans.
News initially broke that the actor had been seen āterrorisingā bars after multiple contacted The Hollywood Reporter, with one saying heād been kicked out after going behind the bar shirtless and trying to be a ācelebrity bartenderā.
Eventually videos began emerging of him trying to start fights outside and he was arrested on two counts of battery, with a witness claiming that it was a homophobic hate crime and that LaBeouf had repeatedly used the F slur.

LaBeouf reportedly punched two different people in the face in a drunken assault, proceeding to be held down by members of the public until police arrived.
He was released after a short time and went straight back to Mardi Gras partying, showing up on a local news broadcast holding a drink in his hand and his release papers in his mouth.
Now though he has been recalled and placed on bail conditions, with the Transformers star being made to pay a major bond for his release.
LaBeouf had to pay $100,000 for his release but was also given a further three orders from District Judge Simone Levine.
The first of these was that he attends a rehabilitation facility. This is not the first time that LaBeouf has attended rehab, having been made to attend rehab after a 2017 arrest in which he racially abused the arresting officer.

In addition to this LaBeouf has also been made to agree to submit to āregular testingā as well as staying away from both his alleged victims and the bar where his fight occurred.
Levine in her ruling reported that her biggest concern was the actor being a danger to his alleged victims and the āmarginalised New Orleans communityā.
One of his alleged victims said in court that they hope he ātakes some actions that are supportive of the LGBTQ community that he has harmed so severely ā.
Footage has since shown him attempting to headbutt one person, being pummelled on the ground by people telling him to āchill the f*ck outā in a second video, and verbally abusing people in a third.
After getting heated at one of his alleged victims LaBeouf supposedly paced back and forth outside a bar yelling: āYouāre all a bunch of f*cking f*ggots. Iāll kick your ass.ā
The witness, called Jeffrey Dammit, said: āHe kept trying to get up and fight people⦠He wouldnāt stop screaming slurs.
āThatās why I say this wasnāt just a bar fight. This was about hate.
āAnytime somebody insists on calling me a āf*ggotā and threatening to hurt me because of it ā thatās not something you ever get used to.
āIāve worked in bars for years. Iāve seen fights. But when someone is screaming that word over and over while trying to attack people, thatās different.ā
