Donald Trump held 'calendar girl' party and only guest was Jeffrey Epstein says 'organiser' of event

Donald Trump has said that the links with Jeffrey Epstein are part of a 'hoax'

Donald Trump once allegedly held a 'calendar girl' party and the only male guest was said to have been Jeffrey Epstein, according the 'organiser' of the event.

The US president, who said he wasn't 'a fan' of the convicted sex offender, previously called him a 'terrific guy' in a quote published by New York Magazine in 2002. They first met in the early 90s and reportedly hung out in the same elite Palm Beach social circles.

After Epstein's controversial death in 2019, there has been ongoing speculation about Trump's association with the 66-year-old financier.

It comes after Trump filed a lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal and media mogul Rupert Murdoch, after he claims the newspaper published a story about a 'fake' 50th birthday message to Epstein.

The president called the story 'false, malicious, and defamatory', and is seeking at least $10 billion (£7.4 billion) in damages.

The New York Times reported in 2019 that Florida businessman George Houraney organised a 'calendar girl' competition at Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump’s private club and future residence.

Houraney claims the event took place in 1992, as more than two dozen women were flown in to attend.

“I arranged to have some contestants fly in,” Houraney said. “At the very first party, I said, ‘Who’s coming tonight? I have 28 girls coming.’ It was him and Epstein.

“I said: ‘Donald, this is supposed to be a party with VIPs. You’re telling me it’s you and Epstein?’”

Some Trump voters seemingly turned on the Republican after he broke his promise during his presidential run in to release all of the 'Epstein files' that allegedly implicated high profile associates.

However, the FBI and the US Justice Department said there was no evidence of an 'Epstein client list' earlier this month.

And then just this week, the Republican leader ordered a motion to seek a court order to unseal transcripts from Epstein’s 2007–08 Florida case.

He said Attorney General Pam Bondi 'should release everything' to end the speculation.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump wrote: "Their new SCAM is what we will forever call the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax, and my PAST supporters have bought into this bulls**t, hook, line, and sinker.

"They haven't learned their lesson, and probably never will, even after being conned by the Lunatic Left for 8 long years."

"Let these weaklings continue forward and do the Democrats work," he added.

"Don't even think about talking of our incredible and unprecedented success, because I don't want their support anymore!"
