Well, it’s that time of year when Donald Trump lets the world in on the details of his health.
This marks the fourth medical exam that the US president has publicly disclosed since he returned to office for a second time, having also shared the likes of an MRI scan.
But this year, it comes at a moment when there are more discussions and public scrutiny over his age and stamina.
Many Americans have suggested that Trump is possibly experiencing a decline in his mental faculties as concern grows. During his campaign trail, the 79-year-old boasted about acing ‘cognitive tests’ as he batted off speculation about his capabilities.

And a White House spokesperson previously said that Trump is the ‘sharpest and most accessible’ president in history who ‘remains in excellent health’. This latest results claim seems to reflect these remarks.

Trump took to Truth Social to write today (26 May): "Just finished my 6 month physical at Walter Reed Military Medical Center.
"Everything checked out PERFECTLY. Thank you to the great Doctors and Staff! Heading back to the White House. President DJT."
While he claims the results are 'perfect', Trump has not currently shared any details of the tests or what the results reflect.
There are claims that the president had noticeably declined in the last year, with his physical wellbeing long being a point of debate.
“I think concern for the president’s physical health is probably at an all-time high, and I think advanced physical age is the No. 1 concern,” Dr. Jeffrey Kuhlman, who served as a White House physician under Barack Obama, George W. Bush and Bill Clinton, told ABC News.

In the weeks leading up to his visit to the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for his annual preventative medical and dental checkups earlier today, Trump had been saying he feels as good as he did five decades ago. And he even jokes about his soft spot for fast food and his minimal exercise regiment.
The results from these medical exams are filtered through the White House and must be approved by the president before they are made public. So there are often questions about what we do and don’t get to see - in this case, not a lot at all it seems.
