Donald Trump may well believe he's the best US President in history, but he's also the oldest man to ever be elected following his 2024 victory.
While the 79-year-old has long reassured Americans of his perfect physical condition, at 79, he is likely to encounter some problems every now and then, and now some mysterious markings on his hand have once again sparked health concerns.
It's well known that stress can cause a lot of problems in the body, and there's no doubt that the President has one of the most stressful jobs going, especially when it comes to dealing with the ongoing threat of WW3.
But the White House have continued to stick with a somewhat strange explanation as to why a bruise has once again been noticed on his right hand.

Photographers captured Trump on Tuesday (15 July) as he boarded a plane to Pittsburgh, and people quickly spotted the off-colour nature of his hand, with close-up shots revealing that it was caked in makeup that did not match his skin colour, suggesting he is looking to cover it up in both a literal and metaphorical sense.

The mysterious bruise has popped up a couple of times during Trump's second presidential term, but the press team at the White House have suggested that it simply comes from the Republican meeting so many people and shaking lots of hands.
Press secretary Karoline Leavitt previously explained: "President Trump is a man of the people and he meets more Americans and shakes their hands on a daily basis than any other president in history.
"His commitment is unwavering and he proves that every single day."

"President Trump has bruises on his hand because he's constantly working and shaking hands all day every day," she added in a second statement.
This is almost believable when you consider that he is well known for a particularly aggressive handshake, which is thought to be done to try and establish dominance, although one German minister was cleverly able to 'outplay' the president earlier this year.

The sore-looking hand was first noticed in February of this year, when Trump met with French President Emmanuel Macron, and it certainly seems strange that the bruise regularly keeps reappearing in the same spot, with some noting that it looks to be exactly where an IV would be attached through the veins in the hand.
When it was noticed again back in April, Dr Ola Otulana, a GP and physician at Cassiobury Court rehabilitation centre in Watford, shared his expertise with the MailOnline.

He said: "This could occur from something as everyday as bumping the hand against a hard surface, repeated pressure - for example from leaning on a cane or gripping something firmly - or even medical procedures such as venepuncture, or blood draw."
Thinning skin and fragile blood vessels in older people was also noted as a potential explanation, but whatever the real reason for Trump's bruise, the excessive makeup suggests that it is certainly something he doesn't want to talk about.
