A former DoorDash driver who is accused of filming a naked customer while he was sleeping has been formally indicted.
Prosecutors allege that on 12 October 2025, delivery driver Olivia Henderson shared a video on her TikTok account, which showed a customer asleep on his sofa with his trousers and underwear around his ankles, claiming the interaction was sexual assault.
"My customer requested that my order be left at their front door, and when I arrived at their house, their front door was wide open, and they were within eyesight of the front door, lying on the couch, indecently exposed to me," she said in the video, which has since been removed from the platform.
She later reported the incident to the police, claiming that she'd been lured to the man's house.

However, a police investigation into the incident determined that 23-year-old Henderson had not been assaulted, as footage showed the man to be 'incapacitated and unconscious' due to alcohol consumption.
According to court documents, she has been accused of 'degrading' the man by filming 'intimate parts of such person at a place and time when such person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, without such person’s knowledge or consent'.
She has since been arrested and slapped with two separate felony charges, one count of unlawful surveillance in the second degree, and one count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree.
On Friday, 1 May, Henderson was indicted on both charges by a New York court. If convicted, the former delivery driver could face up to eight years in prison.
According to an update from local news outlet Komo, Henderson has pleaded not guilty on both counts, with prosecution and defence attorneys said to be working out a potential plea deal.
She was later released and is scheduled to appear back in court this June.

Meanwhile, Henderson has also been dismissed from her job with DoorDash, as the US delivery company stated that posting a video of a customer in their home and disclosing their personal details was a 'clear violation of our policies'.
DoorDash shared the statement after Henderson accused them of terminating her contract, with the company stating that it fully supports drivers who report allegations of assault or harassment.
Confirming that both Henderson's and the man's accounts had been deactivated, the company statement continued: "That is the sole reason that this Dasher’s account was deactivated, along with the customer’s, while we investigated.
"We know these are sensitive situations, and we want every Dasher to know: if you ever feel unsafe or experience something concerning, come to us. We're here to listen, act, and support."
