Elliot Page has made his first public appearance with his girlfriend, Julia Shiplett.
The pair took to the red carpet together in Milan Fashion Week on Tuesday, as part of the Gucci Spring Summer 2026.
Their appearance is the first time that Elliot, who starred in Umbrella Academy on Netflix, has publicly shown a relationship since he transitioned.
Elliot donned a sharp suit for the occasion, with dark trousers, a pinstripe jacket with a pin on each lapel, and a loose white shirt, while his girlfriend Julia Shiplett opted for a dark green striped blouse.

Julia is an actress who is currently in the series Overcompensating, which is being shown on Amazon Prime.
Elliot publicly announced that the pair were in a relationship in June, posting a picture of himself and Julia sharing a cuddle to social media.
Meanwhile, while Julia confirmed it with a picture of a shirtless Elliot on her Instagram feed in a spring or natural pool, writing: 'happy prideee.'
The Umbrella Academy star had previously been married to Emma Portner, who was publicly supportive of Elliot when he came out as trans in December 2020.

In January 2021, the pair announced that they would be divorcing and had been separated since the previous summer.
Julia is the first relationship that Elliot has made public, though he has hinted that he has enjoyed an active love life in private in the intervening time.
Speaking to the Los Angeles Times in June 2023, he said: "It's the most fun I've ever had dating. Interacting with people feels so much easier and more connected, because I'm not feeling lost in myself and not seen in the right way."
Elliot opened up about his journey publicly in his memoir Pageboy, recalling how before his transition, he had a two-year relationship with an actress who had not come out publicly.

He wrote: "We never touched outside, we barely went to dinner. She was in my phone under the name 'Ryan'."
Since Umbrella Academy, Elliot is now working in Christopher Nolan's upcoming adaptation of The Odyssey, alongside other big Hollywood names including Matt Damon, Charlize Theron, Tom Holland, and Zendaya.
Elliot previously worked with Nolan on the psychological thriller Inception back in 2010.
The actor often speaks publicly as an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, including on his own journey since transitioning.
Speaking at the TIME100 Summit in New York City in 2024, he said: “I felt utterly elated and beyond grateful to finally be in a place where I could accept and love myself and do what I needed to and wanted to."
