A bunch of hotel guests were shocked after they spotted staff washing the bed sheets in a very unusual way.
Fargo, North Dakota, is best known for the movie and TV show bearing the name of the town, but this time around it's home to a different kind of story.
Guests at the Expressway Suites hotel couldn't use the hot tub in the pool area because a member of staff was busy throwing bed sheets into it.
They told CBS that they initially thought the hot tub's drainage system had broken and staff were trying to clear the water by soaking it up with the sheets, but then they realised that the public hot tub was being used to wash the bed sheets.

The guests said they watched the hotel staff member dumping sheets into the hot tub and then mixing them round with a broom, which they found 'disgusting' as they wondered 'are we sleeping on those sheets'.

Other guests said they were also 'disgusted' at the idea they were sleeping on sheets which had been washed in a communal hot tub, which are notorious for hosting germs.
However, the hotel has insisted that staff members are not washing dirty bed sheets in the hot tub and instead had already been washed, explaining that they were instead swirled around in the hot tub in order to remove stains.
An employee told the guests that washing the sheets and then putting them in the hot tub 'gets out tiny little stains' and that the place was 'drained and really heavily cleaned with a huge deep cleaner' afterwards.
Hotel management told CBS that this was a 'last resort practice' for stained bed sheets which are due to be thrown away, and that it's normally done while the pool area is closed to the public rather than when people are watching.
The employee caught on camera was spoken to about washing the bed sheets in front of hotel guests.
Experts have warned that hot tubs are the 'perfect environment' for certain types of bacteria to grow as the 'warmth of the system creates an optimum temperature for their proliferation'.
Bacteria in hot tubs can cause conditions like hot-tub lung which inflames the respiratory system, Legionnaire's disease and infections of the skin or eye.
You should definitely not wear contact lenses in there.
However, if they're cleaned properly then there are some benefits to hot tubs as the relaxing nature of the hot water has an appeal.
Plus according to hotel staff they're great for getting out those tricky little stains.
