The Mayor of Minneapolis pointed out a detail in footage showing the fatal shooting of Renee Good which he believes 'speaks for itself'.
Various videos depicting snippets of the chaos that erupted in the Minnesota city last Wednesday (7 January) have been circulating since the mother-of-three was shot dead by ICE agent Jonathan Ross.
Further footage, which was recorded by Ross himself then subsequently emerged, offering a new angle of the incident.
A clinical and forensic psychologist who analysed the clip has already offered up an assessment of it, and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey has shared his own dissection of it, too.

The 44-year-old politician has been very vocal about his opinion on the deadly incident last week and previously delivered a damning message to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents conducting raids in his city.
"To ICE, get the f**k out of Minneapolis," Frey previously said, while he also alleged that officials were 'already trying to spin this as an action of self-defence'.

Frey said of claims that Ross was justified in pulling the trigger as he was supposedly protecting himself: "Having seen the video myself, I want to tell everybody directly - that is bulls**t."
Although the Trump administration has branded Good a 'domestic terrorist', who they allege attempted to 'weaponise' her vehicle against ICE officers, Frey holds a starkly different opinion.

He has been calling for the FBI to allow Minnesota to be involved in the investigation into Good's death to ensure it is 'transparent'.
"What I was pushing back on from the very beginning was a narrative that had jumped to that conclusion right from the get-go," the mayor said about the late mum being dubbed a 'domestic terrorist'.
"When you’ve got a federal administration that is so quick to jump on a narrative as opposed to the truth, I think we all need to be speaking out."
Speaking to ABC 7 Chicago, Frey revealed whether seeing the footage taken by Ross had altered his perspective on the shooting.
"I think an investigation could change or affirm my perspective," he responded, before detailing what he believes unfolds in the harrowing footage of the moments before gunshots rang out.

"I can see a person that is trying to leave," Frey went on. "I can see an ICE agent that was not run over by a car. That didn’t happen."
During an appearance on ABC World News Tonight on Friday (9 January), the mayor also revealed that he had picked up on some other details in the video, too - including one 'that speaks for itself'.
Discussing the actions of the ICE agent, Frey said as per the New York Post: "He walked away with a hop in his step from the incident.
"There’s another person that’s dead. He held on his cell phone. I think that speaks for itself."

Good's final words can be heard in the clip that culminates in her death, as well as a male voice uttering 'f***ing b***h' seconds after the deadly shots were fired.
The Department of Homeland Security said that ICE agents are 'trained to use the minimum amount of force necessary to resolve dangerous situations to prioritise safety'.
