Joe Rogan has given his two cents on the horrific shooting of Renee Nicole Good in one of his latest podcast episodes.
The UFC commentator and comedian highlighted one of his main worries with the incident in a conversation with Republican Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky.
Back on 7 January, Good, 37, was fatally shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent in the Minneapolis area.
The incident has caused political unrest in the US, as thousands have taken to protests to oppose the federal law enforcement agency.

Different angles showed the late mum speaking with agent Jonathan Ross before she allegedly clipped him with her vehicle, with him firing the shots in response.
Following the shooting, the Trump administration described Good as a 'domestic terrorist', with the Department of Homeland Security calling her a 'violent rioter'.

Footage of another woman claiming she was 'disabled' while being dragged out of a car by agents also did the rounds online this week, as part of orders from Trump for ICE to carry out raids across the midwestern state.
Speaking to the senator on his podcast, Rogan claimed that Americans now look at ICE agents as 'villains' following the controversy around them in the opening two weeks of 2026.

Rogan called the shooting of Good 'horrific', adding: "After that woman was shot, unfortunately, I mean, everything's unfortunate about it.
"But one of the real problems is now, ICE are villains. And now people are looking at them like murderous, military people, that run the streets of our city."

"And they're masked up, which is also a problem, right, because if you get arrested by a cop, you're allowed to ask the cop, 'What is your name and badge number?' And you could film that cop," he pointed out.
The 58-year-old highlighted that if you're apprehended by an ICE agent though, you don't have these rights and they don't have to tell you anything.

Rogan has never been shy in sharing his political opinions, having even endorsed Trump during the 2024 election, though he has since criticised his administration for their handling of the infamous Epstein files.
The online personality also spoke about his annoyance with the government's handling of Good's passing.
Candidly speaking to Senator Paul, Rogan said that while it's 'complicated', it's ultimately 'very ugly to watch someone shoot a US citizen, especially a woman, in the face'.
"It just looked horrific to me. When people say it's justifiable because the car hit him, it seemed like she was turning the car away," he said, before asking: "Is there no other way to handle this?"

Rogan highlighted that while most believe that police are 'necessary', he believes that 'once somebody is here, they should be allowed to stay in this country, and ICE is 'operating illegally'.
"I can also see the point of view of the people that say, 'Yeah, but you don’t want militarised people in the streets just roaming around snatching people up, many of which turn out to actually be US citizens that just don’t have their papers on them'," he said. "Are we really going to be the Gestapo? 'Where’s your papers?' Is that what we’ve come to?"
While he doesn't lean right or left, the comedian said that agents being able to hold anonymous identities could result in more lawlessness as people may start to 'pretend' to be them, in a worst case scenario.
