Diddy's son has made an urgent plea for his prison release just a week before the singer is due to be sentenced.
Sean 'Diddy' Combs was found guilty of the transportation for prostitution of both his former partners, Cassie Ventura and a witness referred to as 'Jane', following more than eight weeks of legal proceedings in New York earlier this year.
During the gruelling trial, witness statements were taken from Ventura and Jane, as well as Kid Cudi, Diddy's former employees and some of the male escorts who were hired for the infamous 'freak off' sex parties arranged by the 55-year-old performer.

It was alleged that the 'I'll Be Missing You' singer would watch on as his partners slept with escorts and sex workers at the parties, which often featured a ridiculous amount of baby oil, with Ventura also previously accusing her ex-boyfriend of rape and sex trafficking.
However, Diddy was acquitted of the three most serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, which could have landed him life in jail had he been found guilty.
On Friday, 3 October, the 55-year-old will discover his fate, with his lawyers previously suggesting a 14-month sentence, which would be reduced due to the time he has already spent behind bars since being arrested back in September 2024.
However, it seems as if Diddy's children are all ready for their father to return home, as his son Justin Combs took to Instagram to share a message in support of the rapper this week.

He wrote: "FREE PD ASAP" alongside a double exclamation point emoji.
Court documents also revealed that all of his kids, bar his toddler daughter, wrote letters to Judge Arun Subramanian to ask for compassion ahead of the sentencing.
Justin's letter read: "Since his absence, life has felt incomplete. Each morning I wake up praying it was just a nightmare.
"My father has been there for me every day of my life — not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually and in the deepest sense of what it means to be a father. I know how rare that is.

"Please allow him the chance to come home, to be the father his children desperately need and to continue the work of becoming the man I know he is capable of being.
"My siblings and I cannot get back this lost time, but we pray you will give us the gift of having our father back in our lives while we still have time with him."
