Donald Trump is the latest American to have his say on the ongoing trial of Sean 'Diddy' Combs, and his surprising response has prompted an outburst from 50 Cent on social media.
P Diddy, a hugely popular musician, was arrested in September of last year and is currently in the midst of a serious court case in New York, where he stands accused of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The 55-year-old was well-known in the celebrity world for hosting his 'freak-off' parties, which allegedly saw him hire male escorts to sleep with his girlfriend of the time, Casandra Ventura, who has testified extensively in the trial.

While the 'I'll Be Missing You' singer will likely face life imprisonment if found guilty of all these charges, Donald Trump does have a history when it comes to pardoning celebrities, including fellow rapper NBA YoungBoy... although he seems to be ignoring Joe Exotic.

President Trump - who has been pictured with Diddy on a number of occasions throughout the years - was asked by a journalist at a White House conference last week if he would consider pardoning the Bad Boy founder.
He gave a surprising response, saying: "Nobody’s asked, but I know people are thinking about it. I think some people have been very close to asking.
"First of all, I’d look at what’s happening, and I haven’t been watching it too closely… I haven’t seen him. I haven’t spoken to him in years."

Trump added: "He used to really like me a lot, but I think when I ran for politics, sort of, that relationship busted up from what I read.
"You become a much different person when you run for politics and you do what’s right Our country’s doing really well because of what we’re doing. If I think somebody was mistreated, whether they like me or don’t like me, it wouldn’t have any impact on me."

And now, fellow rapper 50 Cent has taken to Instagram to let Trump know that he's willing to meet in the Oval Office, to discuss some things Diddy allegedly said about the president and perhaps convince him that he shouldn't be pardoned.
The rapper's posts read: "Donald doesn’t take well to disrespect, and doesn’t forget who chooses to go against him. While working tirelessly to make America great again there is no room for distraction. He would consider pardoning anyone who was being mistreated not Puffy Daddy.

"He said some really bad things about Trump ,it’s not ok. Im gonna reach out so he knows how I feel about this guy."
And a final post read: "I didn’t say I would Nuke anything, I simply said I will make sure Trump is aware."
