A woman who has been vegan for 14 years shared her reaction after she tried steak for the first time.
Featuring on channel Love Soo, the creator posts about food and drink, particularly focussing on Korean food, in videos shared with her 577k subscribers on YouTube.
Over the years this has included many videos about her vegan diet, but recently the creator made a big announcement - she was no longer going to be vegan.
Since then she has shared several videos featuring her trying various non vegan foods, and is often left very impressed by the taste.

One video involved eggs, while in another she tucked into some spiced fried fish in a restaurant, remarking that she now understood why people become pescatarian.
But of course in turning to eat meat there was one food in particular that she would have to try, and this was of course a steak.
It's difficult to think of a food which exemplifies the opposite of a vegan meal quite so much as a steak.

And when she tried the steak she ended up breaking down in tears, both before and after she tucked in, saying: "Guys, I'm really nervous."
Holding a piece of the steak on a fork, she added: "People said bad things to me because I was vegan, it doesn't make sense."
After finally popping the piece of steak into her mouth, she started to cry, saying: "It tastes so good."
In another video, Love Soo explained in a bit more depth why she had decided to start eating meat after being vegan for such a long time.
"As a vegan for 14 years I did crave meat here and there, but there are certain things I knew I had to say goodbye to even though the cravings were really high," she said.
"If you guys do follow me for my vegan content you're going to be very disappointed, and I'm sorry."
She explained that she had started eating meat in part for health reasons, as her diet didn't have much protein in it before, and she didn't like some of the more popular vegan options for protein.

"There are many many reasons why I decided to eat meat," she said. "One of them was I just recently started working out because I was dealing with anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
"I've been trying to fight this, I've learned along the way that the best way to fight this is for you to start building muscle."
She added: "For 14 years of my life, I didn't are about protein, my diet was very high carb, and towards the end it was high fat, high carb, basically no protein.
"Because I don't like beans the only thing that I would eat was tofu."
Someone might choose to be vegetarian or vegan for any number of reasons, whether it's health concerns, allergies, religious reasons, or concern about animal welfare in food production.
Some vegans also cite concerns about the environmental impact of producing foods like beef as their reason for choosing not to eat it.
While many people might not want to go the whole way and become vegan, some are trying to be a 'reducitarian', where they only very rarely eat meat and otherwise try to be as plant-based as possible.
