A Dunkin' Donuts worker has shared a rant in which he shows how much he earned for what he describes as '73 hours of f***ing misery', before saying he does 'not get paid enough to take your B.S'. You can see the video here:

Posting on TikTok, @scorchedearthcorey shared his wage slip, showing he earned $875.28 (£642.50) for 72.94 hours of work at $12 (£8.81) an hour.

Sharing his earnings, he said: "I just want you to look at this because for some reason some people think that other people are there to entertain them in their lives, which is complete ridiculous and bulls***.

"This is what I made. This is my second job; my main source of income to pay child support. This is what I made - this right here.

"Do you think with my 73 hours of f***ing misery and bulls***, that you should come and try to bother me more?

"People think customer service is end-all-be-all. Let me explain something to you: I do not get paid enough to listen to you. I do not get paid enough to take your B.S. I do not get paid enough for you to treat me like I'm your entertainment.

"So yes, I will cuss you out and find a new job because that number is attainable anywhere."

The bloke's rant has since racked up more 350,000 views with many people in shock about how much he earned.

One person wrote: "There isn't a staff shortage. There's a living wage position shortage."

Another said: "And people will still say wages don't need to increase. There's literally no reason for anyone to work fulltime and not be able to pay rent."

A third wrote: "This should be illegal."

However not everyone sided with the worker, with one person replying: "You agreed to a $12 an hour job. They told you this wage before you accepted the position. Get educated, do better."

Others suggested the man 'learn a trade' or 'go to college' to try and find a higher paid role.

In a follow up, the man explained he had a well-paid job, but he was laid off after refusing to move, so got himself a second job at Dunkin'.

He said: "I'm an aspiring movie writer. I have goals; I have dreams.

"None of you know me."
