It's been a great time for time travellers of late. Well, I suppose every time is a great time for a time traveller, given that they could be in whatever time they'd prefer to be in, but you get the point.
After the revelation that a British man had been into the future - 8973 to be exact - shocked the world, in a way, now a French bloke has gone one better in an interview with YouTube channel Paranormal Elite.
He claims to have been to the future too, and brings back with him a terrifying tale of robots, aliens, war and a computer that controls the entire earth. Big claims. That in mind, strap yourself in.
"I was not born here. I was born in 3258 on December 1 in the European Empire," he says, speaking from Paris with his voice changed and his face obscured to protect his anonymity.

The man claims to have been a soldier at the age of 18, dressed in a gold uniform - not the colour, the material - and to have seen everything that happened in 3260.
That future, apparently, includes energy derived from sun batteries rather than oil or gas, a world with no trees and hardly any animals, and robots roaming the land.
"They were everywhere," he says of the mechanical automatons. "They were not only robots. They were very clever and could take the decisions communicated with each other. When I see a robot I will laugh at them. They are different, no one understands the problems of the golden age and at last everything will be as it should be."

In this 'catastrophic' future, he says, "the great artificial intellect was given the perfect power, it was his decision to destroy man and all organic creatures and the planet would be ruled only by intellect creatures."
There will be a war, beginning on 21 September 3300, which he described as 'tragic'.
"There has never been such a war on the planet," he added. "It was fateful and tragic for all people all over the world. Together with people there were aliens from other galaxy who also fought with the robots.

"People lost all technology, phones, weapons, everything - we had only laser automatic machines against robots. If you could accidentally be seen in the camera the robots appeared there immediately to kill or follow you. We had only one chance, the machines couldn't detect us from satellites."
After the robot apocalypse, there were only 250 people left on Earth and they soon lost communication. They launched guerilla attacks against the robots, but after a further attack, the man decided to come back in time to spread the word and destroy the life that had lead to the collapse of society.
So know you know. If you're still here in a thousand years time, do take note.
