A woman says she recently endured the 'worst date ever'. Listen to her story below:

TikToker Katelyn Guild posted a post-date video to her account, giving her followers the low-down on how her evening went.

Sadly, however, the review wasn't good, with her explaining how her date not only turned up almost half-an-hour late but also proceeded to engage in a 'heated debate', criticise her appearance and refuse to pay for her drinks.

Opening up a bottle of Jack Daniels, Katelyn says: "Story time. Went on a date, worst date of my life.

"The man was 26 minutes late, we walk in there and first thing out of his mouth was, 'Wow I'm glad you're not a catfish' and I said, 'Did you really just say that'.

"We proceeded to get into a heated debate about Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan, and politics and all the things you shouldn't talk about on date number one.

"So I asked the bartender for my cheque, and he goes 'good choice, I wouldn't have paid for you anyways'.

"He proceeds to run his mouth about how I look fatter in person, and I wanted to say back 'yeah, a fat a*s that you're never gonna have - cool'.

"Yeah, and quite literally as I'm leaving texts me '#worstdatever'.

"Cheers sir to the worst date I've ever been on, real proud of you - you did good today."

Yeah, maybe he wasn't the one.

Since the post-date analysis was shared, it has received thousands of comments, with people showing their support for Katelyn.

One user said: "I wish dating apps let you leave reviews to save the next poor soul from this void of humanity."

Echoing this, another said: "That's insane. I'm so sorry. I do have to say that cap spin was 10/10."

A third said: "Imagine, though, he was still this person and didn't let you know immediately."

While another added: "I've literally blocked someone as they sat across from me. Pretended to go to the bathroom and ran."
