Whether you're there for a hangover breakfast or a quick-fix meal out, Spoons is a classic British staple for cheap food and drinks.
While no one is exactly expecting Michelin-star cuisine, there are some decent options at the pub chain that definitely hit the spot. But what are the best of the best?
Well, it seems one Whetherspoon employee has sorted us out and done all the hard work - using her free meal benefits to try an array of dishes in 'what I eat in a week'-style videos.

Millie Trenhol, who works as a manager at the popular pub chain, has taken to TikTok to share which meals are worth tucking into, having tried and tested plenty of options from the menu with her weekly free meals.
You can't go wrong with a bit of halloumi, so it's unsurprising that the first recommendation is the halloumi wrap with buttermilk chicken.
"It was absolutely divine, but do you know what isn't divine? The mayonnaise packets you have to open with a knife so f****** infuriating," she joked.
"10/10 would eat again."
According to Millie, the best soft drink you can get on draught is a Pepsi Max (I wholeheartedly agree), while she awarded the eggs benedict a solid 7/10.
Next up, Millie tried the 'unreal' BBQ buttermilk burger with coleslaw and chips. "I could eat coleslaw by the jar, I absolutely love the shit," she told her followers.
Joking she was working 'a lot of mornings' that week, other breakfast options Millie recommended include the breakfast muffin – which is 'absolutely unreal' – and the breakfast wrap along with the classic Spoons hash browns.
Viewers were left feeling very envious of all the free food Millie gets with her job, while others chimed in with their own recommendations.

Meanwhile, a third commented: "i work at spoons too, hear me out cheesy garlic bread as a wrap base filling lettuce, chicken strips and hallomi fries". (sic)
"I work there and tried the chicken tika today and it was amazing I recommend it," wrote a fourth.
