£10 million lottery winner sparks outrage with video of girlfriend blowing nose on €500 note
A multi-millionaire lottery winner’s girlfriend has angered people online with an obnoxious video of her using a €500 note instead of a tissue.
A German lottery winner’s partner has been ‘shamed’ online for using a bank note to blow her nose on and dry her eyes.
The lucky winner was Kursat Yildirim, and his girlfriend who has sparked such controversy is 36-year-old police officer, Candice N.

The pair shared the video on October 13, and people are not finding it funny at all.
In the clip, Kursat brings his girlfriend an espresso over to a table, only to find her ‘crying’.
After asking what was wrong, she replied: “The world is so mean to me.
“Everyone is annoying me.
“The internet hates me!”
She says: “Do you have a tissue for me?”
After pulling out two €500 notes for her to use, she responded: “Thank you.
“This is so sad.
“You are the best.”
She used the first one to wipe away her ‘tears’, and the second to blow her nose on, before tossing them both to the side like a tissue.
In the video caption, the German police officer wrote: “Haters, do what you love to do.
“For everyone else, don't take this too seriously.”
It has been said that the video was posted in retaliation, after haters claimed that Kursat had blown a lot of his winnings just over a year after his win.
Candice has 41,000 followers, and they were all quick to give their varying opinions on the controversial clip.
One person agreed with her for posting the video, saying: “I'm laughing my head off!
“Best way to deal with stupid, unnecessary comments.”
Another found the video amusing, and said: “I need a package of these tissues.”
However, the majority of comments weren’t as supportive.
Another said: “I'm not a hater but you don't do something like that.
“It's a shame.”
Another added: “You don't play with money.
“Shame on you.
“There are so many needy people.”
Kursat has an impressive 877,000 followers on Instagram and doesn’t exactly keep his winnings a secret.
In September 2022, he spent nearly £400,000 on a V8 Ferrari 448 Pista.
But that isn’t the only super car that he has bought since becoming a multi-millionaire.
He also has a £178,000 Porsche Turbo S Cabriole.
But he made it known in a recent interview with German media, that life wasn’t always this way for him.
He said: “I grew up in the northern part of the city, was a drug addict, at the very bottom.”
