A Company Is Crowdfunding The World's First Theme Park For Men

No more DIY weekend jobs?

A company has decided to try to build the world's 'very first male-centric theme park' and it is calling on all of the world's men to help crowdfund the project.

StagWeb.co.uk envisages StagWorld will be: "A promised-land, the vision of men who dream of a world where there are no weekend lists of DIY jobs, no shoe shops to be dragged around, where men can watch sports, take on crazy challenges and be asked, "does my bum look big in this?'."

There are more than 3,500,000,000 men in the world, meaning that if all those men were to pledge just one dollar, pound or any currency they would have enough to make their dream a reality.

The creation of the project has been split into two phases.

The first stage will see the company raising enough funding to find and purchase a 'Party Enabling Nebular' island (or #PENISLAND) large enough to be the home for a theme park.

They will then move on to building the park itself which will be split into four zones. They are:

  • SPORTS ZONE - World's largest beer pong pitch, bumper go kart track, sports challenges, the ultimate sports bar
  • BEER LAND - Beer rapids ride, a dream pub, beer barrel rollercoaster, Yippee-kay-aye Cinema
  • KICK-ASS CANYON - Giant zorb roulette wheel, tank paintball, rage room, stag vs food, chili eating challenge
  • THE ACADEMY - Bridezilla taming, Nightmare Towers, zombie survival training, School Dinner Canteen

At the moment the theme park is only a concept, but StagWeb's Kye Harman said: "StagWorld will be the world's first theme park aimed purely at men although female guests will be most welcome.

"Our vision for StagWorld is of a Y-chromosomed utopia, a celebration of the art of manliness, the male answer to 'Girl Power' and female bonding. We want to create somewhere guys can try male-themed sports, take on new challenges and never have to worry about putting the toilet seat down."

Sounds great. Sadly, they've estimated they'll need to raise £3.5billion for the project, so I'm not sure if it'll ever come to fruition.
