Oscar Pistorious has been denied leave to appeal against his conviction for murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
The 29-year-old will now be sentenced in April and could face at least 15 years behind bars.
According to the Independent the shamed athlete sent a furious text to a journalist, who asked him about going back to jail, blasting: "Have you no soul...?"

The former Olympian's manslaughter verdict was overturned by the Supreme Court of Appeal back in December.
He was originally sentenced to serve five years behind bars for shooting his former girlfriend through a toilet door on Valentine's Day 2013, at his home in Pretoria.
However, just two days before the end of his sentence, he was released and put under house arrest at his uncle's mansion.
South Africa's National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) said the Constitutional Court considered Pistorius' latest appeal to have "no prospect of success."
