Danielle 'Cash Me Ousside' Bregoli was allegedly busted with marijuana on the same day she had to appear in court for battery charges.
According to TMZ, the 14-year-old was stood outside a house with a friend, when the mate pulled out a joint.

Danielle told cops that she hadn't smoked any of the weed but she was still given a citation because both girls refused to tell the officers where the cannabis came from.

The girls were reported to have been handed the citation just hours after Danielle had appeared in Delray Beach juvenile court to face charges including grand theft, filing a false report and fraud.
The charges date back to allegations made before her famous appearance on the Dr Phil show, which saw Danielle shoot to viral fame after uttering the threat: "Cash me ousside. Howbow dah?"
The Sun reports some of the charges are believed to have been committed against her mum Barbara.
Police have previously investigated footage of the teen having a fight with her mum, in a clip which also went viral.

In the clip, an 11-year-old Danielle could be seen fighting with her mum, who ended up pinning her down.
However, when police investigated, Danielle is reported to have told them they were just 'play fighting'.

She told TMZ: "It wasn't what it was at all. We were play fighting on the floor and I hit her too hard and so she kind of just pushed me on the floor - that's all that happened.
"That's how we fight. Obviously I'm not no little ass girl and neither is my mom.
"We were rough at it but that's about it. She didn't hurt me."

Danielle was brought onto the Dr Phil Show, which I think is a bit like a US version of Jeremy Kyle, because her behaviour was getting out of hand and her mum could no longer cope.

While on the show Danielle spoke about running away from home and stealing cars - not a wise move to brag about your crimes on telly, surely.
Earlier this month, it was reported that Danielle met with music producers Mark Batson and Che Pope for some career advice and an impromptu piano lesson.
Batson has won Grammy's for his work with Eminem and Alicia Keys, as well as producing music for Jay Z and Dr. Dre.
Pope, similarly, has worked for Eminem as well as Kanye West.
The teen has already dabbled in the music industry after appearing in a Kodak Black video, and collaborating with Stitches on a song which reached number 8 on America's Billboard Hot 100.
TMZ also reported that she is set to make over $40k to do a meet and greet, and is said to have turned down a NYC bar's offer of $5k to appear at one of their nights.
The controversial viral star also hit the headlines after she lay into Kylie Jenner during a radio interview.
She said: "I don't like her. Like the way that she does shit, like urgh... It seems like she wants attention so bad.
"Like little bitch would do anything.
"How do you go from fucking lips the size of a twig and a body that looks like a fucking paperclip and now you look like a hourglass?
"Like man, what the fuck?" she continued.
Some reports claim that local police have been called to the Bregoli residence more than 50 times in past year.
