Trash Dove has been getting massive over the past week. No doubt it has been doing your nut in as it has been plaguing every Facebook comment section.
It's the design of American artist Syd Weiler.

The bird is a Facebook sticker. No caption, no context, just a purple dove that head bangs ceaselessly.
The Florida-based illustrator first drew the bird in September last year before creating a set of FB stickers in January 2017.
It was with the help of a popular Thai Facebook page that catapulted the animal to stardom, when it appeared in a video dance-off with a cartoon cat a week and a bit ago.
But rather than recognise the stickers as shallow, mindless entertainment, some people have begun using the innocent dove as a vessel for alt-right politics.

The dove is a symbol of peace no more.
It all started on 4Chan when reams of pallid Twitter trolls with Neo-Nazi beliefs decided to appropriate Trash Dove for their own twisted means.
Trolls have even been moulding Trash Dove's image into Nazi symbolism, make it appear as the eagle emblem of Nazi Germany and combining it with Pepe...
Neo-Nazis have actually shared Trash Dove many times in the hope it will become a symbol of fascism.
Of course, some liberal-minded people have responded by encouraging people to stop using Trash Dove, for fear of spreading white supremacy.
It's sad to see an innocent bird is being used in such a way.
