With a successful football career and a celebrity partner, many are intrigued to know how much Darren Randolph is worth.

Darren Randolph is a professional goalkeeper who plays for both West Ham United and the Republic of Ireland national team.

In an exciting announcement, the Irish footballer has welcomed his first child into the world with singer Alexandra Burke.

The couple got together last year, and jointly announced the birth of their child on Instagram.

The post shows the baby’s tiny feet alongside the caption: ‘Welcome to the world our little grape [heart face] We already love you more than words can say.’

Many were quick to congratulate the pair.

James McClean, who also plays for the Republic of Ireland national team, commented ‘Congrats bud [green heart].’

And Strictly Come Dancing judge, Mosti Mabuse, offered her praise to Alexandra Burke (Strictly finalist in 2017) with ‘Congratulations mama all the best’.

Alexandra Burke, who found fame after winning The X Factor, is not Randolph’s first musical partner.

Previously, he had a long relationship with Rochelle Wiseman from The Saturdays (now Rochelle Humes).

The Premier League goalkeeper was born in Bray, County Wicklow, where he started playing football at school.

In 2003, Randolph began to play for Charlton Athletic FC.

Randolph stayed with the club until 2009, during which time he had intervals on loan to other clubs such as Hereford United.

The 35-year-old Irish footballer first joined West Ham in the summer of 2015, and a year later had proved himself enough to become their regular goalkeeper.

In 2017, he was bought by Middlesbrough, who paid a reported £5 million transfer fee for him. His time away from West Ham was short-lived though, as they bought him back in 2020.
