Tens of thousands of football fans who pre-ordered FIFA are set to spend this weekend battling it out on Ultimate Team, opening packs to unlock the best players, scoring absolute bangers and making memories that'll last a lifetime (or until FIFA 21 comes out anyway). And if you haven't pre-ordered FIFA 20 how are you going to spend you weekend? You going to go back to FIFA 19 without the latest team updates and VOLTA mode? Loser.
I bet you told yourself you'd wait until the price comes down, but let's be honest with ourselves here, when it comes to FIFA it's only a matter of time until we give in.
Fortunately, we've scoured the internet for the best deals and the cheapest prices around, so you can convince yourself that FIFA 20 was the right purchase despite not being able to eat until payday.
A huge perk of getting the Champions Edition was to get early access to the game, but that's useless now the game has been officially released. It still has a couple of perks though like a loan Icon player pick, rare gold packs and special edition FUT kits. Unfortunately, it comes with Virgil van Dijk on the cover.
If you don't care about any of that fancy stuff, you can pick up the standard edition at GAME for £49.99. However for the savvy shopper, the cheapest way to buy FIFA 20 is with with £10 cashback with this offer if you're new to Quidco.
What's new with FIFA 20?
EA Sports revealed VOLTA football for the first time at E3 2019. They describe it as, "A brand-new style of gameplay grounded in football realism which immerses players in the flow of the street with new tools including simplified flicks and skill moves, new flair animations, or using the wall as a teammate."
If you're familiar with the old FIFA Street games I think you'll feel at home with VOLTA.
