
Spotify services are reportedly down for thousands of users across the world.
Reported this afternoon at around 3pm (18 August), thousands of Spotify users said the service isn't working as planned.
This is according to DownDetector.com, with 3,000 people across the UK and USA logging the issue on the website.
Over on X, the popular StatusIsDown account wrote: "Spotify is reportedly down for hundreds of listeners right now. Are you one of them?"

Taking to social media, one Spotify user wrote: "Is anyone else’s Spotify search button not working?"
Another posted: "Is Spotify buffering? Because I can't search anything and I do have Wi-Fi."

And a third said: "Anyone else unable to search something on Spotify right now?"

As it stands, no issues have been logged on the official 'Ongoing Issues' maintenance page on the Spotify website.
The outage looked intermitted, with the service back up and running by 4pm.
