50 Cent And Mike Tyson React To Chaotic Scenes At McGregor Vs Khabib

Conor McGregor lost to Khabib Nurmagomedov in his UFC comeback fight after two years out of the octagon. Following the loss at UFC 229, rapper 50 Cent was quick to rub salt in the Irishman's wounds.
Last year Conor McGregor fought Floyd Mayweather in a boxing match which meant that he was out of the MMA game for two years. On Saturday night he returned in an attempt to take back the UFC lightweight title he never lost.
He came up against Khabib Nurmagomedov, undoubtedly his toughest ever opponent, and after three and a half extremely intriguing rounds it was the Russian who emerged victorious.
'The Eagle' held on to his lightweight title and undefeated record, which he stretched to 27-0, by forcing his Irish opponent to tap out to a reverse choke, although it didn't end up being the biggest story.
Whilst no doubt licking his war wounds, after an exciting fight, McGregor was getting a right old trolling from 50 Cent.
The pair's weird rivalry goes back a while, coming to the surface during McGregor's dalliance with boxing and his fight with Mayweather in August 2017.
After that fight the rapper had also posted on social media, then on Instagram, to poke fun at the Irishman for losing and becoming the 50th victory of Mayweather's professional boxing career.
However, the headlines from last night's fight didn't really concentrate on the action in the octagon, but rather on what happened after McGregor tapped out.
Khabib had verbals with one of the Irishman's friends before launching himself out of the octagon to attack him. Meanwhile, two of the Russian's teammates attacked McGregor.
The scenes were so bizarre that even 'Iron' Mike Tyson was shocked:
You know it's been a hell of a night when even Tyson - a man who bit off part of Evander Holyfield's ear during a boxing match in 1997 - can't get his head around everything that we've just witnessed.
It should have been a great night of sport but instead it'll be remembered for an extremely negative reason.
Still, you can always count on ol' Fiddy to give his two pence.
